NMCC Spring Cheer Season
Confidence for tryouts. Skills for success. A season designed to prepare athletes for high school cheer!

Registration opens September 22nd right here on our website and on Instagram! The season will run from mid-February through mid-May and is designed to help athletes grow their cheer skills in a fun, focused, and supportive environment.
This spring, we’re taking a fresh approach:

Skills-Driven Training – Instead of our traditional Fall feeder teams, athletes will train in teams leveled by ability to ensure the best skill progression for everyone.

Focused Practices Twice a Week – Athletes will practice on Fridays and Sundays, giving them consistent opportunities to develop and refine their skills.

Stunting, Jumps, & Tumbling – Practices will be centered around the core skills that matter most for cheer success at every level.

End-of-Season Showcase – Athletes will get the chance to show off their hard work and progress in front of family and friends.
​​

Sideline Opportunities – Optional experiences will be offered to align with what’s expected in high school and collegiate cheer, giving athletes a taste of game-day performance.

Mock tryouts for our Middle School Team – A huge highlight! Athletes will go through a realistic tryout process to help build confidence, receive personalized tips for improvement, and prepare for high school cheer tryouts.
Why this season is a must:
This skills-focused season gives athletes the rare chance to sharpen fundamentals, push their abilities, and gain valuable experience without the pressure of year-round competition. Parents can feel confident knowing their athletes are not just practicing, but preparing—whether that’s for high school tryouts, future competitive cheer, or simply building confidence and strength.

Seniors (6th-8th Grade):
